We get it—sometimes love at first sight needs a second look.
At ObscurO, we want you to actually wear what you buy (not just stare at it longingly in the box). If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to exchange, tweak, or trade it within 30 days of purchase.
We’ll gladly:
✨ Alter it to fit or feel better
✨ Swap it for another piece of equal or lesser value
✨ Help you find your perfect match
No boring forms. No guilt. Just shiny solutions.
Custom pieces may have more specific guidelines—but we’ll always work with you. Because this isn’t fast fashion. It’s forever fashion.
When will I get my order?
It depends—are you falling for something ready-to-go or something we’re still dreaming into existence?
✨ In-stock pieces: We’ll ship it out ASAP (or have it ready for local pickup if you’re nearby).
✨ Made-to-order: Could be a few days, could be a couple weeks—it all depends on the complexity and where we are in the studio cycle. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop.
✨ Custom work: Got a deadline? Let us know—we’ll try to make the magic happen. Just remember, we’re artists, not vending machines. Sometimes brilliance needs a breather.
Bottom line: If timing is tight, reach out. We’ll always do our best to work with you—and keep you sparkling on schedule. 💫
Where are your products manufactured?
Right here in Richmond, VA, by our own (very talented and sore) hands.
Every ObscurO piece starts as a simple spool of wire or a flat sheet of metal and gets shaped, soldered, and obsessed over in our messy art studio until it’s worthy of your body.
No factories. No shortcuts.
Just two sisters, a torch, and a tiny bit of madness.
You're welcome. 🔥
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and what shiny objects you're treating yourself to.
BUT—if you're local (lucky you), you can skip the shipping fees by sliding into our DMs or contacting us directly. Orders placed online automatically add shipping, so reach out first if you're close enough to pick up your treasures in person. We love a good handoff.
