We’ll gladly:

✨ Swap it for another piece of equal or lesser value

✨ Help you find your perfect match

No boring forms. No guilt. Just shiny solutions.

Custom pieces may have more specific guidelines—but we’ll always work with you. Because this isn’t fast fashion. It’s forever fashion.

It depends—are you falling for something ready-to-go or something we’re still dreaming into existence?

✨ In-stock pieces: We’ll ship it out ASAP (or have it ready for local pickup if you’re nearby).

✨ Made-to-order: Could be a few days, could be a couple weeks—it all depends on the complexity and where we are in the studio cycle. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop.

✨ Custom work: Got a deadline? Let us know—we’ll try to make the magic happen. Just remember, we’re artists, not vending machines. Sometimes brilliance needs a breather.

BUT—if you're local (lucky you), you can skip the shipping fees by sliding into our DMs or contacting us directly. Orders placed online automatically add shipping, so reach out first if you're close enough to pick up your treasures in person. We love a good handoff.
